Tampa Bay Surface Water Treatment Plant In a carefully orchestrated effort between Veolia Water North America and Black & Veatch (construction managers), Camp Dresser & McKee (engineer of record), Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC (general contractor) and Southern Power & Controls (electrical subcontractor), facility modifications to the Tampa Bay Surface Water Treatment Plant performed over the past 20 months will provide the plant with a maximum capacity of 120 million gallons of water per day (MGD) and the ability to achieve a daily average of 99 MGD — doubling the plantʼs previous faculty.
