Experience. Solutions.

Water & Wastewater Treatment, Desalination Plants

In recent years, the water and wastewater market has developed into a cornerstone of the Southern Power & Controls business model. There is a nationwide need to construct new plants, expand existing facilities, and repair those that are failing. Modern water and wastewater treatment facilities involve a diverse mixture of process controls and power applications. Biological and chemical processes such as flocculation, fermentation, oxidation, chlorine injection, and UV disinfection must work in harmony to produce environmentally compliant, effluent water. Therefore, complete integration of modern plant operation allows systems to automatically adjust processes in accordance with present flow conditions and environmental requirements. Southern Power & Controls’ project teams work closely with plant personnel, other contractors, manufacturers’ representatives, and engineers to understand each facility and install solutions that ultimately yield the desired product.
